Does anyone have the hot pretzel recipe from Kosher by Design Kids in the Kitchen accessible? I moved recently and I'm pretty sure that my cookbook box is at the very bottom of my very daunting book-box pyramid.
I want to make hot pretzels for mishloach manos, so if anyone can put the recipe up for me, that would be so amazingly awesome of you, I might cry a little.
Thank you!

2 packets rapid rise yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
3 1/2 cups bread or all purpose flour
1tsp salt
2 cups hot water
1tbsp baking powder
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 425
Place yeast and sugar into large bowl, add 1 1/2 c warm water. Let yeast proof.
Add flour and salt to yeast, mix with hands to a rough dough. Transfer to counter and knead.
Cut dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each into thin rope 12-16" long. Twist into your shapes.
Pour 2 c hot water into baking pan, stir in baking powder. Dip each pretzel into solution on both sides.
Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets and bake.
Happy Purim!
