Ooh, recipe please? I ran out of almonds for schnitzel, and have a bunch of raw chicken left.

Put it in the soup. Gets VERY flavorful and is nice and moist.

I'm on my mobile device so can't copy and paste, but google 'cold poached chicken with spinach walnut pesto joy if kosher' and the recipe will come up.
I use clear chicken soup, not canned + water.
