I saw a very easy recipe for chocolate covered strawberries and bananas here and cant seem to find it! Can anyone give me the easiest way to melt the chocolate and make these?
Also- what is the standard easy matzah lasagna recipe?? We like all veggies and are not picky.. .I just didnt grow up eating this on Pesach so Ive never made it. Thanks!
I always used chocolate chips and melted them in the microwave (or a double boiler) but be careful not to burn...
The only trick with Matzah lasagne that I use is to wet the matzah first - then make lasagne however you normally would layering veggies and cheese between matzah. I bake it covered.
