Can anyone recommend a maternity rental, gmach, or store that I can get a gown or very dressy skirt/top for Bar Mitzvah?
Hindys had a lot of stuff....but its Boro Park Style, which is great if you love it...and live in Boro Park!
Great Expextations told me whatever she has is "too dressy for me"....
Any ideas please?

I had a lot of luck at Golda's on 61st off of New Utrecht. (thank you bedofroses for the recommendation!) The house is basically a factory where they sew all the maternity clothes for different stores. She can make something just for you if you give her a few days or you can buy something on the spot if she has it in your size. And if you like something that isn't in your size, she can make it in your size. It was definitely worth going there. I got two fancy tops for $120.
