What ae some good sites to shop for little girls? I like better quality stuff, not cheaply and flimsy looking.
Anything else interesting besides for gap, ON, Zara, Next etc?

Try this. Their long sleeve shell and one of the dresses might be of use. I have not used them myself; I just saw the site online. They intend people to dye these pieces but you don't have to. Sometimes the item also comes in colors or black. Just an idea.
