I want to make a sweet corn beef- any easy recipes appreciated

rinse corn beef

put it pot with:

1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can water
3-4 tbsp apicot jam
6-7 tbsp brown sugar

bring to boil -- then cook on low flame for a few hours.
