4 T butter or marg
12 defrosted blintzes, any kind
4 eggs, beaten
small pkg sour cream (pareve is okay, too)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla or other likker
1 T orange juice
Grease pan with the fat and place the blintzes in the pan. Add the beaten eggs with the sour cream, sugar, salt, likker and the orange juice. Bake, covered or uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Serve 6, cut into squares.

I love this, though I haven't made it recently.
It is like cheesecake as a meal!
