Bear in mind I have only childhood memories on this.
But yes you can find a kosher not yet koshered (lol) liver and you can do it yourself, though it's a big job.
I remember my grandmother kosherizing her meat. I'm not sure if she still does it or buys ready now. I davka remember my dad doing it for liver, but very vaguely.
