I noticed someone else mentioned in an earlier thread that the recipe in Fresh & Easy for Falafel Balls has way too much water and she had to compensate with more bread crumbs.

Hasnt anyone else thought the same? Seems to me if Id add 1 3/4 to 2 cups of water Id have a runny dip and not mixture for Falafel Balls.

Has anyone else folllowed that recipe?

I don't know this specific recipe, but if it calls for canned chickpeas it will be runnier than just soaking dried ones overnight

I don't follow recipes ... but here's the solution ... add only a bit of water at a time until you get the right consistency to make ballies ~
