Should pecan pie be refrigerated or just left out? It's for shabbos day. Remember it's really hot and humid.
Can franks in a blanket be served cold or room temperature? The room it will be served in will have an air conditioner on, hopefully, so it won't warm up from the heat of the room .

I think pecan pie is dry enough and sugary enough that it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I don't refrigerate mine...
yum.... I love pecan pie.

Pecan pie: should be ok to keep unrefrigerated, SO LONG AS there's no raw egg in it.
(if you use eggs in the filling recipe).
Frank n'blanket: Personally I would warm them up. Pave pastries use margarine, which
leaves greasy mouthfeel if served cold/room temp.
