Does it work? Have you ever done it? Do you bake it for a different amount of time? Less/more?
Thanks.

When baking in Pyrex or Corningware, set the oven to 25 degrees lower than you would normally do.

Why would you bake a challah in a Pyrex? What's wrong with a cookie sheet?

Pyrex would give it a shape BUT: my experience has been that if you line it with baking paper, the sides touching the paper don't brown nicely. If you don't line with paper, it's sometimes very hard to remove from the Pyrex.
