Does anyone have a good recipe using cranberry sauce, fresh apples, and a graham cracker pie crust?
Thanks

This is a good crumble:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
Just mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top. You can also layer in between apples and pie filling (not just cranberry- I've used cherry and blueberry as well). I actually never tried it with a pie crust but I don't see why it shouldn't work.
Btw, the recipe is pretty big so you can freeze half.

Thanks tigerwife.
In case anyone is interested: I peeled & sliced two green apple & mixed them with cranberry sauce. Then added cinnamon & some sugar. Poured mixture into pie-crust. Used ra_mom's crumble topping (recipe below) & baked for 45 min in a 350F oven.
It came out delicious!
Crumble:
1 cup flour
6 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (didn't have any, so I used vanilla sugar)
pinch salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 egg (I used 1 medium sized egg)
Mix until crumbly

Did you use whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce?
