my husband wants kishke, to taste like Meal Marts. He means a cakier more solid type and not mushy and piecey.
does anyone have a recipe for me?

make this with flour.
the secret is to season well with salt and pepper and to use enough flour so it's dense but not hard (cakier like you say).
