Can you name the most "user friendly" -
easy to deal with, honest, reachable Shadchanim you know in the New York area, for Litvish, Yeshivish, Heimish type of people?

This is a true Chesed. Thanks.

Thousands of posters and no one can come up with a name and number of even one decent Shadchan in the Brooklyn, New York area?

I can come up with names of nice shadchanim, but they're not efficient as far as I know (and not in America anyway).

Some Shadchanim only work for the rich, with very few exceptions (relatives, very good friends). I'll leave it at that.

Some Shadchanim put people on hold and never come back to resume the conversation w. them. It's happened with a specific Shadchan to me, AND TO OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL. She has a reputation for doing this.

It's very belittling.

Anyone know of a Shadchan with good Midos? I hope yes.

I'm not saying that she doesn't have issues.... But you gotta keep trying to call. She knows a lot of people (mostly yeshivish, though, I think).
Someone told me that you have to shmooz her up a bit - ask her about her children, married ones, etc. and then getinto shidduchim.
Good luck.

From the 2 very popular one sin our circles, you also have to schmooze them up, ask about the weather, their kids…. And then pay up the fee too. This is what you do when you’re in the ‘people-to-people’ field.

Do the 2 you have in mind work with Litvishe people? If yes, can you offer their names either here or email?
