I bought a pair of boys shoes once. The quality was ok- nice suede but not enough structure so it didn't hold its shape well. Maybe just that style... IIRC it ran a little big. Probably also depends on the style though.

I bought a pair of boys shoes earlier this month from their winter collection. The arch inside looks fine but when my child wears it, it looks backwards. Also the sole is curved and doesn't touch the floor in the front. I have 30 days to return it. Not sure if I'll keep it.
Regarding sizing, they told me to size up one size
