I have a panasonic 2500, for a few months it was working beautifully and then suddenly the bread just didnt rise, it came out like a lump of half baked bread all floury, I have tried changing the yeast, tried different types of flour and nothing helps, it doest rise, or something, I cant figure out what the problem is, anyone had this or has any idea what could be the problem??

You need to take the machine in to be repaired. It is either not kneading the dough properly or something is off with the temperature that is affecting the rise cycle and/or baking.

Are you making a well for the yeast beforehand in the flour, making sure it doesn't get wet until the machine kneads it? I had the same problem (different model machine), and once I starting making sure to put it in the well it worked.
