I have an electric beater that I use on the meat side- I'm positive I never actually used it for meat, as it's only used for desserts. If I want to whip some dairy cream, which is obviously cold, do I need to kasher the attachments?

Probably fine but give the Halacha hotline a call - 845-HALACHA (425-2242). They always get these kinds of questions.
