Black or nude tights, what shoes with thisdress

I have a straight black dress knee length with leather sleeves and a strip of leather running vertically down the middle. Whst color tights should I wear. and what shoes? I have black suede wedgs with a round toe- would that work?

If the dress is all black, don't wear black tights with it. That's just too much black.
You can wear almost any color shoes with a solid black dress. (Not white or off-white with that dress if there's leather in it. You need something with more substance than that.)
