I'm a freelance writer now living in Israel (we made aliyah last summer).

Last year, I self-published a kids' parsha book, The Family Torah, based on stories I'd developed for each weekly parsha for my own kids, as a homeschooling mom. (It's still available through Amazon.com, along with several others, over here: http://tinyurl.com/allmybooks)

Inspired in part by the "telling" of the Pesach seder, I'm now working on a book, Telling the Family Parsha, to help parents and educators "retell" the story of the parsha to kids of a variety of age groups.

Here's where you come in!

I have a few basic questions (4 altogether) about the importance of learning parsha with kids, resources, hashkafas, etc. I'd like to send this to a range of parents and educators, because I hope the book won't just reflect my own ideas, but include those of others who have put lots of thought into this area as well.

You don't have to be an expert, just somebody who cares about kids and about Torah. Please email me offlist: Tzivia "at" thefamilytorah "dot" com.

Thanks so much in advance!
