I just found out a week ago that I'm pregnant and I havn't had my first appointment at the doctor yet. I'm so exhausted and can't do any work! Last week it would hit around 3pm but today I was tired as soon as I got to the office. I don't want to have coffee but I don't think I can handle this for 9 months!

I don't know if this is your first pregnancy or not, but thankfully, most women don't have the exhaustion for all nine months. The second trimester is usually much better, though it can return in the last trimester. B'shaa tovah and rest up.
