Out of boredom, I googled the name of a girl who used to be my best friend before my parents decided she was a bad influence. This girl was from a secular intermarried mom (cabaret singer and fan of Hitler's fav singer, I didn't know!!  ), who had convinced her that she wanted to be a model "so school wasn't important". Whatever. I never thought she would succeed that way.It is CRAZY.

The craziest story I have heard is about how an chain-smoking, hard-drinking, wannabee nihilist who wrote poetry "as an overly elaborate way of annoying people" became a chassidic "rebbetzin" with kids living in Israel (I.e. you guessed it...that's me )

I also thought it was boyfriend... but a kid in my class found out she wasn't halachically Jewish and then totally flipped out-- drugs, boys, everything, and last I heard, she was in college studying theater and creative writing... Oy!

ok, once I read that cindy found it, I searched for it too.
she could be pretty, it's hard to tell with all that weird makeup, powdery look. & that cover is despicable. what type of magazine is that?

I thought she was talking about a boyfriend. BF is usually the abbreviation for boyfriend and the general abbreviation for Best Friend is BFF = Best Friends Forever.
