Last night my daughter woke up in the middle of the night and had vomiting and diarrhea. She threw up most of the dinner she had that night. She did eat a decent amount. So far she only vomitted once and slept threw the rest of the night. Should I be concerned that this is a stomach virus? Normally with stomach viruses, though, the vomitting is constant, not just a one time thing. Or could this just have been from eating too much? Do I keep her home from school? She had no fever and of course I will see how she feels when she wakes up. I don't want to keep her home from school if it was just an upset stomach from overeating. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
