I am hosting a shabbos for my dd's baby kiddush.

we will be 13 adults and 13 children (who eat).

I will be buying chicken tenders for lunch. I am not sure how many pounds I would need. The tenders are for lunch. I'll be serving chulent and some cold cuts. Other than that the rest are sides.

How many pounds should I order?
Should I order one 9x13 pan? two?

I'm with pineapple - order two and if you have to freeze a couple of pieces that may be leftover. (And next shabbos will be so easy for you!)
Only caveat - ask the store you ordered from if the chicken is fresh or frozen. Sometimes, those catered 9x13 pans of chicken came straight out of THEIR freezer, in which case, you may not want to re-freeze leftovers.

With 2 pans you will have lots of leftovers. But better than running short.
