I need ideas of meals I can send with my husband

no sugar
no gluten
no heating up needed

any ideas?

until now I was sending a huge salad , sometimes with chicken in it but he is getting sick of it

Salmon over firm but cooked veggies.

Tuna served with rice cakes.

Guacamole with rice cakes.

Stir fried chicken salad.

Changing the spices on his salad might be helpful. Maybe add fresh coriander, or salsa, or hummus.

eta - quiches, omeletes, kugels are good cold, imo. Gluten free pizza.

Sushi
Tuna and vegetable wrapped in nori (no rice)
Rice paper wraps
Salmon patties (if he's ok with then cold)
If you get a thermos there's quite a bit you can do. Soups etc
