I have it out of NY.
MY GP doesn't take it because he said they are a pain to deal with. I just pay out of pocket because he is a good dr and his rates without insurance aren't so bad.
In general they've covered things pretty well, tubes, MRI, pediatrician visits, OB.
I have private dental and vision so can't comment on that.
there are different plans so you have to find out for your what copays are (both regular and specialists), deductibles, and what medicine tiers cost.

My friend has them for her insurance. The dental is just called united healthcare, not oxford. She has the top dental plan and it really paid for her. She did reach the max with one child who required extensive dental work, but they paid amazingly! Her dentist even told her it's a great insurance in terms for paying dentists.
