I recently bought a wig with frizz, Is there any way to get rid of it? The maker said they would do a treatment? What does that mean?

There is no way to get rid of it.
Treatments will condition the hair so that it doesn't frizz as much. But the treatment probably won't last long.
Wish I had better news for you

You have the right to ask for a replacement. Will they replace it? Probably not.

Does your sheitel name begin with the letter R? I'm wondering if we share the same problem.
