What kind of crowd lives in West Lawrence? I noticed that some homes address is Lawrence and some is Far Rockaway. What age people? I also noticed that the homes to be more expensive then the Five Towns.

West Lawrence is Far Rockaway (and East Far Rockaway is Lawrence). The crowd is generally yeshivish and balebatish. All ages, although the 65+ often move out.
House prices are more expensive and taxes are significantly lower in Far Rock - NYC vs Town of Hempstead + village tax.
