My husband is from another country where all frozen veggies are ok, and do not require a heksher
I was always taught it has to have a hecksher in America, but he reads the ingredients and assumes it is ok.
I am not sure how comfortable I am with that.
He even allows veggies that have a triangle K (from frozen), because his daughter likes these packages that you can stick in the microwave.
What are your thoughts?

What she said. Basically, "simple" vegetables like peas and corn on the cob we hold are always fine, certain others we will eat with a hechsher we don't usually trust for other things, and things like broccoli and cauliflower we only use the stricter hechsher.
