What can I substitute Vinegar with?

For that recipe you can use lemon juice.

There is a thing to not eat food that is sour/bitter/sharp, etc. .
But I guess not everyone holds it the same way. The way I've learned it is that it goes by the end result how the food tastes, not the ingredients. So I use vinegar for RH in sauces, meats, etc.. as long as it ends up being not a sharp tasting dish.
