My friend came over last night to help with RH prep! I wanted to make baked apples, because they're so so easy. Unfortunately, she dumped WAY too much cinnamon on each apple and overcooked, and I had to wash them off and they're not holding up well. Now, they taste fine but don't look so good - like, half the skin is coming off of them. I really don't want to serve them!! I'm so embarrassed.

I could make a crisp with them, but I don't know if you can use already baked apples in a crisp.

Please help save my dessert!

Cut in to pieces and serve with a scoop of (store bought) ice cream

You can drizzle sauce on top also
