Artistic teens want to start Gmach in BP, any ideas?

Not really a gemach idea... but writing children's books. I had a few ideas, but my real job pays too well to go into writing LOL

. Anyway, I had an idea for a baby book, a hard cover peek-a-boo book, like
" Where is my family" - like a picture of Totty covered in the talis, then you open the flap and there is his face, so it will go " where is Tatty? - peek-a boo, or in Hebrew (eifo Abba ?) or in Yiddish Smile

, so lighting candles for Mommy, sefer Torah for Rabbi/Rebbe, sefer for a big brother, door of a sukkah for big sister, purim mask for little brother, a plate full of lattkes for little sister, and then little baby with face covered with bib, and once u open a circle piece of mirror paper. And all tthe pictures crossreferenced to Yomim Toivim, Tatty - Rosh Hashana, Mommy -Shabbos, Rebbe - Simhas Torah, big brother Shavuos, etc. May be they can do it as a tzedaka project. AlsoI so a link on Imamother that Hachai publishing is always looking for new authors. I had another idea also , but have to run now. Good luck.

Why not volunteer to do crafts and art projects for children in hospitals or homebound. Contact Chai Lifeline, Mekimi, Zichron Shlomo etc..
I'm sure they can set them up with the right families.

or foster homes where kids need all the tlc they could get ... a class could be arranged or one on one activities with kids in a setting that takes them away from the stresses of whatever got them there ... plus can open a future for them as well ...
