Can anyone help? I want to serve it Shabbos day and am nervous if I keep it on top of a pot all night it will go bad. Can it go off? All it contains is chocolate, parev whip and liquor.
Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

Pareve whip may not have any actual food ingredients in it, so maybe it won't go off.

Did you ask a Rav about putting it on the blech on Shabbos? Some things that have already been completely cooked/baked can be put on the blech to rewarm, as long as it is not too close to the fire (you can keep your hand there without instinctively pulling it back). I know my sister rewarms Teriyaki fish this way before serving, and I'm almost sure I asked about fudge some years ago. It won't become piping hot, but it's usually enough for what you want.

How hot does it have to get? I am assuming this is a sauce (a liquid), which is more complicated than reheating something solid.

Could you put it in a metal container and then float that container in a larger container filled with k'li shlishi hot water? The way you might warm a baby's bottle? I warm up milk for my Shabbos café au lait using this method.
