I made a huge pot of blended vegetable soup before realizing that I have zero freezer space. How long will it last in the fridge?

A week.

You can ladle part of it into ziploc bags and lay flat in freezer. Takes up less space.

Leave as much as you think you will use in the next week in the fridge.

thanx for posting! I almost never use disposables so I forget about using ziplock bags. It does take up less space then a container.
