Cornish hens
Dark ground turkey
Small portion of steak
Steamed rice
Roasted potatoes (doesn't need more than half a teaspoon olive oil per potatoes, sometimes you can get away with even less)
Quinoa salad
Israeli salad
Cucumber salad
Marinated rainbow salad
Orzo and vegetables

Here's my low calorie diet: 2 eggs and a bowl of sugar free cereal with milk, and a coffee with milk, for breakfast. Lunch is usually rice cakes and tehina butter. Dinner is shredded chicken or ground beef on top of a salad, making a kind of mexican-salad thing. You could change up the herbs on the chicken or beef to make them chinese or italian, too.

We also eat zucchini pizzas - simply halve the zucchini, add some seasoned tomato sauce, and a slice of cheese, and bake.

Soup is also good. Any kind. Chunky veggie. Pea. Butternut squash. Broccoli. Mexican meatball. Italian. Egg drop.

The trick is to get good at spicing with herbs, both dried and especially, fresh herbs. Changes everything.
