Hi,
How would you relate this passuk for a dvar torah for a bat mitzvah girl?
I am so terrible at this. I understand what it means, but how would you explain it?

That modesty is inner strength....we don't have to be loud and showy and wear our heart on our sleeves. We are so much more than our physical appearance, we are brains, hearts, minds, and souls. Our inner strength is our beauty....things like that.

And then she can use it as a springboard to talk about some dear relatives - grandparents, aunts, etc. - or other female role models she admires who exemplified it. Without a single mention of how they dressed ;-)
