Does anyone still have this recipe? It appeared in the Binah magazine approx. 2 weeks ago. I clipped it, but accidentally threw it out. I would really appreciate if someone could post it.

Thank you!

Za'atar chicken and cauliflower
Binah #409 Nov 24, '14

2 1/2 lb dark chicken cutlets
24 oz frozen cauliflower
4 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp za'atar seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400F. Coat 2 roasting pans with cooking spray.

In a small bowl mix the olive oil with the spices. Place the chicken in one Ziploc bag and cauliflower in another. Divide the marinade between the two bags and toss well to coat.

Place the cauliflower in one roasting pan and the chicken in the other. Roast in oven for 40 - 45 minutes, tossing the cauliflower and flipping the chicken halfway through cooking time.

I want to make this for shabbos tomorrow but I need clarification... The last part of the directions say to toss cauliflower and flip chicken half way thru cooking time. My question is when or do you combine the chicken & cauliflower at some point? Are they served together as one dish or cooked & served seporate?

Thank you!
