Outside of Yerushalyim I believe the only year round Mehadrin hotels are Kinar Hotel (in Tiveria), Hotel Lavi (in Kibbutz Lavi about 15 minutes from Tiveria), and Hotel Nir Etzion (in Moshav Nir Etzion in the Haifa area). They are all reasonably nice and all very expensive. There are many other hotels that have different times when they are mehadrin (you can look for ads or call travel agents to find out when).

Within Yerushalayim, I believe the Ramada, the Leonardo Plaza, and maybe the Kings hotels are mehadrin.

We've been to both Kibbutz Lavi and Ner Etzion. They were both very nice and have good hasgachim (you can order the higher hechsherim for the meat). Lavi was our favorite - lots of stuff to do there!

Kibbutz Lavi is very nice. Lovely rooms, beautiful pastoral grounds, lots of nearby places for trips, hikes, etc.

There's a pool (I guess for the summer though! Although I think they also have indoor heated if I'm not mistaken). They have 2 playgrounds for the kids. A kids' room and some activities going on there. Tours. And a beautiful place to walk around!

I've been to all 3. I think they all have indoor pools. I personally disliked Kinar the most because our room was falling apart and I didn't like the food as much as the other two, but I would go back there if the price was right because it wasn't a bad experience, just not as good as our experience elsewhere (Kinar does tend to be cheaper that the others, but it's the biggest shlep too.)

Also bear in mind that all three have different levels of rooms because some parts of all of these hotels have been renovated recently and some haven't, so your experience can differ greatly depending on how much you are spending or where you end up. With kids we found Nir Etzion had the most to do....
