I use it only to microwave food My parents got it for me when I got married. I feel so bad since its expensive and meant to be used as a convection oven. But somehow I find that I always use my regular oven instead to bake anything.
Why is it better than a regular oven? And what exactly do you bake when using the GE oven/microwave?

Assuming your taking about the convection/microwave and not just the standard oven. I use mine for milchigs I'll admit it's mostly foods for my kids as opposed to dh and myself. But even frozen pizza tastes much better when you make it in the oven I also use it for homemade pizza, ziti, fish sticks etc

I have the GE Profile and use the micowave mode to defrost/warm up dairy. I use the convection mode to bake lasagna, quiche, cookies, salmon, with excellent results.
I use my free standing oven/ range for meat.
