I am starting anew company and could use an American answering service that gets to know your company a little any recommendations?

Have you found anything yet? I currently work for a therapist answering his calls from a different state. If the company isnt too big yet maybe you could hire an individual? I have heard that answering services know less about the company because they are answering for too many companies to remember the details.

There is a place based out of Monsey called your office anywhere that goes to parnassah expo. 845-426-1415. They also have a bookkeeping service.
PTEX also does as mentioned. There were a few other outsourcing companies if these don't work out.
