I believe NU Cafe on 47th and New Utrecht has a gluten free menu and several other special dietary options.

You should be able to go to almost any restaurant (essen, t fusion....) and order a grilled cutlet or grilled meat without sauce (or ask about sauce ings) with a vegetable side.
