It's very expensive for an average hotel. I know many people that looked into it but no one thst is actually going. The wallersteins are very fancy people wife only wear brand names so im sure all of their friends are the same. Typical Flatbush crowd.

I don't know who they're catering to, but I know a group going and they're more laid back-not into designer/fancy... So there will be at least one group like that!

Zechariah wallerstein himself is very fancy and so is his family and friends but I'm sure there will be some regular people there too. every program ends up having a mix of people in it.
