What is the fastest (least lines and waiting time) and the best place to take kids pictures as far as cheap, good (they know how to pose the kids etc) with cute props in Brooklyn or Manhattan?? I want to give someone a gift certificate to such a place for their child's first birthday.

I don't know abt fast but my moter is nuts abt getting good pix of my sibs - she treats herself to professional portraits at least once every two months - she used to love JCPenny but now prefers Babies R Us - they have great shots - and Sears also does a good job. I personally like JC Penny the most. The Picture People have really cute poses and props but are def. more costly.
