Anyone can share a recipe for orzo mixed with sautéed peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and soy sauce? I'm looking for exact amounts.

approx

2 cups orzo, cooked according to package directions
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red pepper, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
1 small zucchini, diced
1 yellow squash, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce

Heat olive oil in pan and saute garlic 2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn). Add diced veggies and continue sauteeing 5-8 minutes until softened. Season with soy sauce.
Stir sauteed vegetables over warm orzo. Stir, season with salt and pepper to taste and toss gently until combined.
