I buy my girls shabbos dresses, and never spent more than $7, including shipping!!
They are beautiful dresses in great condition, and I constantly get compliments on them.
I have also bought tap and balet shoes for them....

We've sold dvds and books we had twice now that dh lives here... sometimes for a very nice sum. We've found gorgeous clothes for dd. Also, dh has sold his camera from when he was a journalist, 5000 euros  But it's a very specialized professional one, made for pics of small objects like jewelry, watch...
