I looked through Balabuste's Choice (pink cover) and Susie Fishbein's Passover by Design cookbooks that I already own, and neither are great for me.
Balabuste's Choice is very limited in what they use (only veg you can peel, and many recipes are similar... potato starch and eggs, potato starch and eggs. ITs been around a long time.
Fishbein's Pesach Cookbook, is way too complicated and has lots of Gebrokt recipes and lots of hard to find and/or canned/processed ingredients. I dont do Gebrokts and I like unusual and easy recipes, preferably not with canned/boxed/processed ingredients.
I go for the simple to make recipes with nice presentation.
Which Cookbook should I try next, that I might like? Anything very worthwhile came out lately?
OR just as good- which website has great and easy non- Gebrokt Pesach recipes?
