What is the accepted English translation of "דאגה בלב איש – ישיחנה"? I tried searching for it online and in several English books, but am not coming up with anything... Any Hebrew scholars out there?

Google Translate says - "Concern in people - Out with it!"
But that doesnt make much sense.

The original word in the passuk is "yashchena," he should suppress it.
Some meforshim say the word can also be read as "yisichena," he should talk about it.
