This year, depending on where you will be, you can expect warm to hot days and cool, windy nights. That's my guess.
Enjoy your time here!

It's two weeks from now and now it's cold. The temperature says 60s but no one will look at you funny if you wear a winter coat. A few days ago it was short sleeve weather.
It depends where you are. At the Dead Sea and Eilat, it's warmer. In the tel aviv area it's also warmer. Jerusalem and up north is a bit colder. Tiveria is probably also warmer.

Very difficult to predict weather at this time of year. Bring things you can layer. Heavy sweater or light jacket.
Also remember that indoor temperatures in peoples' home tend to be different - people use less a/c or heat then they do in ther places and the buildings are meant to keep cold in.

http://www.weather-it-is-israel.com/ gives pretty good weather forecasts for more locations than other websites. Places in the Yerushalayim area can vary a lot in terms of temperature, humidity, and precipitation due to differences in altitude (and for low places, which side of the mountain they're on).
