All this excitement. We can eat Quinoa on Pesach!!
What a thrill!! Well we never eat Quinoa during the year (cost a lot more than real grains and don't need it). So what are Quinoa recipes? Hot or cold? Sweet or flavored with onion and salt...?

For breakfast,
one cup quinoa
two cups milk or water,
Had full of raisins or craisins.
Cook until it starts to boil.
Low flame for 15 minutes.
Let sit for five minutes, fluff with fork.
Serve.
For side dish
Sautéed diced onions, fresh chopped garlic, chopped red pepper and mushrooms.
Add one cup quinoa, two cups water and spices you enjoy.
Bring to boil.
Low flame for 15 minutes.
Let sit for five minutes, fluff with fork.
Serve.
