OOTBubby and everyone else, thank you so much!! I got my regular detergent and my dishes are finally clean the first time I wash them!

I am using some I have left over from last year and it is fine. I wonder if they changed the formula.

I think they must have changed it, I always use the Gefen detergent and I don't remember ever having such a problem.

just a reminder for those of you who are not aware

regular dish soaps are kosher for passover use - just get a new bottle ... they even work [can hardly say better since the 'heimish' ones do nada]

I just looked up this old thread because I wanted to make sure it's still true that all OU dish liquid is good for Pesach. The OU guide mentions "DISHWASHING DETERGENT" which to me means what you put in the dishwasher (if you have one for Pesach, lucky you!)

I use Seventh Generation which says on their website OU for Pesach. I have to admit it's not amazing at cleaning dishes but us earthy crunchies would rather suffer, ya know.

I usually buy Gefen dish detergent for Pesach, it's ok but not great. This year it's doing a terrible job. I was shocked to realize I already finished almost the whole bottle, I keep using more and more trying to get my dishes clean. Is there any kosher for Pesach dish detergent that actually works?

All DAWN with an ou are good for Pesach.

Regular Dawn. I cringe when I remember trying to wash dishes and keep clean with the KLP soaps.

Does anyone know if Palmolive OXY dishwashing liquid is okay for Pesach?
