I bought raw chicken steak for supper tonight. I thought I would be able to find a quick good recipe but no luck. Any suggestions?

I had it once on Yom Tov by someone and it was delicious (this person is unavailable now)

Dip tenderized steaks into flour. Then into mixture of 2 eggs and 1/2 cup soy milk. Season steaks generously with salt & pepper. Dip in flour again. Then into egg mixture again. And into flour for a third time.
Fry in 1/4" of hot oil in a large skillet, 4-6 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with gravy.
